Our Solution Continued:

 

This mentorship series is designed to develop and empower in five (5) vital areas:

(1) business and finance

(2) health and wellness

(3) personal, interpersonal and professional development

(4) institutional, cultural navigation and change, and

(5) community service and development.

The mentor relationship is designed to touch and nurture greatness in each student so they’ll know it and live it. It is divided into 5 phases:
 

Phase 1: Knowing who we are and loving self

Phase 2: Entrepreneurial and financial planning (Developing a business mind set)

Phase 3: Action sponsorship into various companies so they can make money and be around other successful people. In this stage participants involved their children to nurture academic skill building, self love, developing attitudes and skills for self-determination

Phase 4: Continuing education and mentoring to handle the early hurdles and sharpen academic skills - computer, math, speaking, writing that they apply in their work with various companies and/or
in various businesses and in the community work in which they engage.

Phase 5: Graduation
