We’ll hear summaries and highlights from The First Conference on African Cultural Astronomy. Sister Japhaiya Mwenda, who is in charge of the regional education effort for the The First Conference on African Cultural Astronomy in Ghana., will make a presentation of her work.  She  will be joined by Sister Arletha Livingston who will present on The Integration of Dogon Astronomy and Culture in K – 12 Classrooms. We’re  hoping that they will be joined by Sister J. C. Holbrook and Brother Hakeem M. Oluseyi as well. After engaging in a Q&A session, we’ll hear and share reports from study groups  and local groups about their discoveries and intended applications given the combined presentations in Afrikan astronomy and culture.
