Decoding the
Ramses II Mystery Message
After visiting Abu Simbel, we took a boat ride across the Nile to
Nubia. There, while visiting and talking with a local Nubian family,
an elder confided in me -- telling me how the great Ramses II at Abu
Simbel still speaks to this day. I assumed he meant that he speaks
symbolically, but he insisted that the African King speaks in his
own voice that can be heard by those who have ears to hear and know
when to listen.
"Yeh, right," I said. He persisted: "Come back here at 6:00
a.m. sharp. I will take you and you will see for yourself." As we
parted, he said, "Remember, I will be here." Back at the
hotel, I put the conversation out of my mind, dismissing it as some
joke or attempt to bilk me out of my money.
However, at about 5:00 a.m., I woke up thinking of the conversation
with the Nubian. He actually never asked me for money and his
telling me that "I was chosen to hear" kept pulling at me. I
couldn't go back to sleep.
His last words: " Remember, I will be here" kept echoing in my head.
I decided to get up to see if I was being hoodwinked or if I was
really chosen to hear.
To my surprise, when I arrived, he was there. He smiled a knowing
smile that only elders can and said "Hurry, we have no time to
waste." We took a small boat across the Nile and arrived at Abu
Simbel before the tourists arrived. The old man insisted that I
stand in just the right spot to hear the message that I was "chosen
to hear."
In silence, I watched the Ancient African colossus and waited. When
he began to speak, I couldn't believe it. Miraculously, the stone
became animated with the breath of life; he opened his eyes and at
first spoke in words that I couldn't understand. The Elder said it
was the language of KMT.
Sensing that I didn't understand, the Ancient African King changed to speak in a still ancient, but more recent
tongue. I stood transfixed and in awe.
It was late in his message when I finally remembered that I had my video camera.
I was only able to capture his last words on tape. Here is small
part of what I and, now,
you have been chosen to hear:
Ramses II's Mystery Message
Help!
For nearly twenty years now,
I've searched high and low, but no one has been able to understand this
tongue that the Elder insists was spoken in Ancient Nubia. The
Elder said it was a message to African people who migrated west; a
message of vindication and renewal. I begged, but he refused to reveal
its meaning. With soft eyes and a stern elderly voice he only said:
"that is your work and the work of African people across the great and
troubled waters of the Atlantic."
Please help me decipher his message and what it could mean for our people today.
If you know what it means or can give me a clue, please email me at the
