We lean heavily on the wisdom of Nana Baffour (Dr. Asa Hilliard) and our departed Sister, Sonja H. Stone to weave throughout the workshop information about our past and culture.

We examine the dynamics of domination and need for identity and culture as key to recovery.  We seek to correct our distorted memories, reclaim our warrior/healer/builder stories.

We look specifically at how to use our culture for success today! We learn to tell our story from the inside-out instead of from the out-side in.
